Rapper DaBaby Sued For Allegedly Sucker-Punching, Knocking Out Tooth Of Rental Property Owner

Rapper DaBaby is being sued after a rental homeowner claims he was 'sucker-punched' by the musician while trying to shut down an unauthorized music video on his property.
According to multiple reports, DaBaby (real name Jonathan Kirk) was sued by a person who claims they rented the rapper a vacation home in the Runyon Canyon area of the Hollywood Hills, on a condition that only 12 people could be on the property at one time.
The owner, Gary Pagar, claims he was assaulted after arriving at the property to shut down a music video shoot.

According to the lawsuit, Pagar alleges Dababy brought around 40 people to the rental home to shoot a music video -- which he says is a violation of the lease agreement.
In December, the homeowner claims he showed up at the property to attempt to shut down the music video, and was then knocked to the ground by an unknown assailant. In the suit, he claims Dababy got out of a car and chased him into the house. At that point, he says the rapper warned him not to call the police, and then sucker-punched him in the mouth, knocking out one of his teeth.

According to the lawsuit, the homeowner claims DaBaby and his associates destroyed a security camera system in order to conceal the fact that they had brought more than 12 people to the house.
In the suit, Pagar claims when he first arrived at the house, DaBaby was sitting in a car with YouTuber Jake Paul. Apparently, the social media influencer is somehow involved in the song. Also, the owner claims the lease agreement specifically says the property can't be used for any commercial purposes.
The homeowner, who is 64, claims in addition to being assaulted, the group taunted him by tossing his phone back and forth.
As you know, DaBaby has had a few legal issues in the past few years including an arrest in Florida where he was in an altercation with concert promoters.
The case is ongoing.
