'Broken-Hearted' Lisa Vanderpump Mourns The Death Of Her Dad

Lisa Vanderpump is navigating a somber chapter as she mourns the death of her beloved father.

As the youngest child of John and Jean Vanderpump, Lisa grew up in Dulwich, south London, where her father thrived as a creative advertising director.

Lisa Vanderpump, known for her bustling restaurant empire and charismatic television presence, shared the news of her dad's passing on her Instagram page.

The announcement shared on her Instagram page featured a touching photo of the 63-year-old posing outdoors with her father, John. Lisa expressed her sorrow in the heartfelt caption, writing:

"I will miss you daddy … Broken-hearted. Rest in peace."

Although the grieving star did not share details regarding John's death, the post's comments section quickly filled with messages of support and condolences from friends. 

Fellow reality TV star, Teresa Giudice expressed her sympathy, commenting, "So sorry for your loss."

Gretchen Rossi used two red heart and prayer emojis to convey her sympathy while Mario Lopez did the same with two red heart emojis. 

In addition to her friends, fans came together to send their heartfelt condolences to Lisa following the announcement of her father's passing.

One fan wrote, "What a blessing to have your father by your side for all this time. I am sorry for your loss." 

Another added, "Oh Lisa, I'm sorry for your loss. You have some beautiful angels watching over you," referring to the actress' mother who has also passed.

For those unfamiliar with the famous Vanderpump family, Lisa is the younger of two children. Tragically, she has endured significant personal loss in recent years, losing her father recently, her older brother in 2018, and her mother in 2019.

Celebrated for her vibrant personality, Lisa has always been open about her family's close bonds and their journey together, per Grazia Daily.

Fans have seen much of this on the Bravo show "Vanderpump Rules," which debuted in 2013 and centers around the famous brood and the staff at Lisa's establishments. 

Lisa's father, John, was an art director at an advertising agency. While not much is known about Jean, Lisa was reportedly "devasted and shocked" by her mother's unexpected death. 

Lisa gained fame starring in "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" from 2010 to 2019 and continued to shine on "Vanderpump Rules."

Mark Vanderpump, Lisa's brother, was a businessman and DJ who tragically passed away in October 2018. His death was reportedly ruled as a suicide due to drug toxicity.

The TV personality met her husband, Ken Todd, in the 1980s when she went to pick up her brother from work at a nightclub. This chance encounter led to a lasting partnership in life and business.

Pandora Vanderpump, who is quite close to her parents, co-runs a lifestyle blog with her mother. The site called Very Vanderpump offers fans a glimpse into their glamorous and busy lives.

Lisa's adopted son, Max, keeps a low profile on social media but has shown a keen interest in boxing.

In an exclusive 2022 interview with The Blast, the couple shared insights into their future plans, both personally and professionally.

When asked about the possibility of expanding their restaurant and nightlife ventures overseas, the mother-of-two was quick to dismiss the idea. "Oh no, no, no, no, no! It's too far for us now," she stated emphatically. 

The "Vanderpump Rules" star further explained the reason behind the decision, saying:

"We have come to so many good graces out here, having like 35 different establishments. As much as we love Europe, we like to keep our fingers on the pulse, so having what we have in Vegasand opening there is a little bit away for us but at least we can be there frequently."
