Sean "Diddy" Combs is reportedly selling his Holmby Hills mansion for $70 million amid his mounting legal troubles. The mansion, raided by federal agents in March, features luxury amenities but has a tumultuous history.

Despite his legal issues, the rapper found time for relaxation as he was recently spotted in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, where he and a group of friends went whitewater rafting.

Diddy also came under heavy scrutiny after wiping his Instagram page, which had a clip of him apologizing to his ex-girlfriend Cassie over his brutal assault video.

Diddy is ready to bid farewell to Los Angeles as he attempts to sell his extravagant Holmby Hills mansion.

Sources close to the situation told TMZ that the disgraced rap mogul is seeking an off-market sale for a whopping $70 million, a $30 million higher price than he initially paid for the pad in 2014.

The Holmby Hills mansion spans 17,000 square feet and boasts eight bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a 35-seat theater, a gym, a wine room, and a 3,000-square-foot guest house.

The property also includes outdoor amenities such as a lagoon-style pool with an underwater swimming tunnel, a basketball half-court, and meticulously maintained gardens.

Federal Agents Raided Diddy's Holmby Hills Mansion

Diddy's Holmby Hills mansion was one of the rapper's homes raided by federal law enforcement agents back in March.

Once inside, they thoroughly searched the home, ripping out electronics and inspecting every corner in pursuit of evidence for their ongoing investigation.

Photos from the scene depicted a chaotic aftermath: clothes and shoes scattered across the floor, overturned furniture, and open safes with documents strewn about.

Even Diddy's children's rooms were not spared, with teddy bears and stuffed animals left haphazardly on the ground. At the time, a source told Page Six there was "significant property damage" after the shocking raid.

In a statement to the news outlet, Diddy's attorney, Aaron Dyer, labeled the raids a "witch hunt."

"Yesterday, there was a gross overuse of military-level force as search warrants were executed at Mr. Combs' residences. There is no excuse for the excessive show of force and hostility exhibited by authorities or the way his children and employees were treated," he said.

Dyer added, "Mr. Combs was never detained but spoke to and cooperated with authorities. Despite media speculation, neither Mr. Combs nor any of his family members have been arrested, nor has their ability to travel been restricted in any way."

Diddy's legal issues began when his ex-girlfriend Cassie accused him of rape and long-term abuse in November 2023.

The ex-couple quickly settled the lawsuit hours after it was filed, with Diddy claiming at the time that his decision to settle was not an admission of guilt.

However, despite his strong denials, a video surfaced in May this year, showing him beating and dragging Cassie in 2016, supporting some of her claims.

Diddy eventually apologized for his actions in the video after fans and fellow celebrities, such as 50 Cents and Emily Ratajkowski, slammed him online.

Since Cassie's lawsuit, at least six more individuals have come forward with sexual assault claims against Diddy. A grand jury is currently reviewing evidence, with no decision yet on whether to indict.

Fans Mock Diddy For Whitewater Rafting Amid Legal Troubles

The "Finna Get Loose" rapper, a few friends, and a tour guide were recently seen in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. This scenic town is a well-known retreat for rappers and other musicians.

Diddy was spotted whitewater rafting in the area, navigating rough and choppy waters. Despite the fierce-looking waves that at times seemed capable of overturning the raft, Diddy and his companions came prepared with paddles and managed to handle the tricky conditions competently.

In a viral clip of Diddy drifting down the river posted on X, fans flooded the comments with jokes about his unexpected adventure and the potential for him to face jail time.

Diddy recently shocked many on social media by deleting every post from his Instagram page, which has nearly 20 million followers.

Among the posts deleted was a video in which he appeared to apologize to Cassie for assaulting her.

Diddy made this post after a viral clip showing him brutally kicking, shoving, and dragging Cassie down a hotel hallway from a time when they were still an item.

After the rapper's Instagram wipe became evident on social media, various speculations suggested the move might be connected to Cassie.

However, insiders clarified to TMZ that the act was not intended as a "dig" at his ex, as he deleted the apology and all of his other posts.

They also noted that Diddy has purged his Instagram page in the past, implying that this recent action shouldn't surprise anyone.
