One of wrestling's cutest couples has called it quits.

WWE star Bayley and her fiancé AEW wrestler Aaron Solow announced they have ended their engagement.

Solow revealed the news on Saturday via Twitter, stating the reason for the split was due to the pair's different views of their future.

The news came as a shock to wrestling fans, yet many suspected there was trouble on paradise due to the couple not posting recent pics together and them unfollowing each other on social media.

Bayley's real name is Pamela Martinez, and like most wrestler began her career on the indie circuit.

She started training at the age of 18, and after spending four years working for independent promotions, she was signed to WWE in December 2012.

Now going by the ring name Bayley, her character was a huge babyface with her sweet personality and hugger gimmick.

Throughout her time in NXT, she would become Women's Champion and found herself part of the Four Horsewomen stable alongside Charlotte Flair, Sasha Banks, and Becky Lynch.

In 2016, she made her official debut on the main roster by joining Monday Night RAW.

Since her call up, Bayley has feuded with the likes of Charlotte and Alexa Bliss, won multiple Women's Championships, and won the women's tag titles twice with Sasha Banks.

Like his former fiancée, Solow is also a wrestler.

However, unlike Bayley, Solow often struggled finding success.

Solow was known for mainly working for independent promotions, including NWA and ROH.

He did make a few appearances on WWE television by competing in matches on NXT and 205 Live. Despite showing great athleticism, he was never signed to the company.

In recent years, Solow has made a name for himself by working with NJPW and AEW.

After competing in several AEW Dark matches, Solow signed on with the company and is becoming part of "The Nightmare Family" stable.

Bayley and Aaron met in 2010 when they were both training at the same wrestling facility in California.

The couple lived together in Bayley's hometown of San Jose, and they often posted photos hanging out at home with their dog or going on trips.

Although their wrestling careers took them to different promotions, Bayley and Aaron were supportive of each other. Aaron was backstage when Bayley won the NXT Women's Championship in August 2015.

When Bayley wasn't busy with her work in WWE, she could be found sitting front row cheering on Aaron at one of his shows.

The couple became engaged in 2016, although neither confirmed the reports, Bayley was spotted with a ring on her left finger.

Amicable Split

Unlike other celebrity break ups, it appears things are amicable between Aaron and Bayley.

In his Twitter post, Solow explained that after realizing they had different views of their future, they decided it best to end their relationship.

The wrestler goes on to say that he'll cherish the memories he has with Bayley, and still considers her a great friend.

Although Solow asked for privacy in this matter, wrestling fans have a tendency to be nosy and wonder if there's more going on.

Yet, as Solow explained, he and Bayley just had different ideas on what they wanted in life.
