Carrie Underwood is fully touching her toes while bent over in minuscule spandex shorts. The 37-year-old country superstar, as much a fitness icon as she is a music one, today appeared in a stunning photo promoting her 2020-founded Fit52 app – accompanying the "Southbound" singer's "Find Your Path" diet and exercise book, the app gets users working out based on a deck of 52 cards. On Friday, Fit52 showed off the gorgeous blonde and her rippling muscles, and it was body-ody-ody. Check it out below.

Scroll for the photo. The "American Idol" winner with the most famous legs in country music was all shorts in her tiny workout gear, posing on grass and backed by an arched structure while looking upwards. The hands were down, though, as Carrie stretched out her steely calves, also wearing a tight red tank top, plus black sneakers and fingerless workout gloves.

Posing with a sports beverage and with "COMMIT TO FIT GIVEAWAY" in text next to her, Carrie let her brand do the talking in the caption.

The app, which now sees Carrie's 2010-married husband Mike Fischer joining in, has been handing out prizes. Three users were named today, with fans told: "Want to win? Make a commitment to yourself! Try the Commit To Fit path in the app and use the Commit to Fit frames to be eligible for upcoming giveaways! Link is in our bio for a free trial."

The girl who nervously auditioned in front of Simon Cowell to win "American Idol" back in 2005 is now running one heck of a business portfolio.

Carrie, also CEO of her 2015-founded CALIA by Carrie athleisurewear line, experienced a spike in sales for her book over the global pandemic, with COVID also seeing her topping charts with Christmas album "My Gift." The workout queen, who has admitted gym time is a form of therapy for her, stated:

"The fit52 app incorporates what I've been doing myself for years, and we've made it easy and totally accessible for anyone that wants help to work in working out.

Carrie, who has put her all into her business, added: "We worked really hard to create a high-quality, user-friendly app that is designed for busy people and their busy lives. fit52 meets you wherever you are on your health journey, and I'm so proud of it."

Underwood made headlines last year for telling Women's Health that she starved herself to just 800 calories a day following her "American Idol" win. Now, the "wannabe" vegan is a health nut, although she does indulge with wine with "The Bachelor."
