Justin Timberlake made a real estate move that has seen him make some good profit after his recent DWI arrest.
The singer sold his sprawling 126-acre estate in Nashville, Tennessee, for a whopping $8 million, with the new owner listed as a limited liability company.
The real estate move comes amid Justin Timberlake's ongoing "Forget Tomorrow World Tour" and his recent comeback on Instagram, where he gave a shoutout to the New York Knicks.
Justin Timberlake Sells Nashville Ranch
According to The Sun, Timberlake sold his massive Nashville ranch for a mouthwatering $8 million 10 months after placing it on the market.
The "Sexyback" singer made a $4 million profit from the transaction after first buying the plot for $4 million in 2015. However, he took a $2 million hit after initially asking for $10 million.
The property sits on a massive 126-acre and boasts unique mountain views and lush green space perfect for horseback riding, fishing, and mountain biking.
It is only a few hours from his hometown of Memphis and is close to the lush village of Leiper's Fork. Famous people in the area include Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban, Trisha Yearwood, Tim McGraw, and Faith Hill.
According to the news outlet, the undeveloped estate's new owner is understood to be a limited liability company.

The "Trolls" actor's recent property sale comes after his run-in with the law when he was arrested for allegedly driving while intoxicated.
Since then, he took a short hiatus from social media after sharing a message about his sons on Father's Day.
Timberlake returned to Instagram on Tuesday with a shoutout to the New York Knicks ahead of his performance for his Forget Tomorrow World Tour at the Madison Square Garden Arena.
In the clip, Timberlake wore a black T-shirt and cap and held up a tour merch with details about his tour with the team's design of blue and orange colors.
"This is so important right now... let's go! Got y'alls Knicks colors," he jokingly said in the video.
Someone else behind the camera said, "Bing Bong," leading the actor to sing, "We had to do it!"
In the post's caption, Timberlake wrote, "Had to do it @nyknicks."
Justin Timberlake Refused A Breathalyzer Test
Timberlake reportedly refused to take a breathalyzer test three times when he was stopped for driving while intoxicated and performed poorly on the officer's sobriety test.
Sag Harbor Village Police Chief Robert Drake subsequently released a statement after Timberlake's arrest.
"On June 18, 2024, at 12:37 AM, Justin R. Timberlake, age 43, of Tennessee, was observed operating a 2025 BMW southbound on Madison Street, failing to stop at a duly posted stop sign and failing to maintain his lane of travel," the statement read. "A traffic stop was initiated by a Police Officer from Sag Harbor Village Police Department and upon investigation it was determined that Mr. Timberlake was operating his vehicle in an intoxicated condition."
He continued, "Mr. Timberlake was placed under arrest, processed, and held overnight for morning arraignment. Mr. Timberlake was arraigned at the Sag Harbor Village Justice Court on June 18, 2024, at 9:30 AM where he was released on his own recognizance."
Justin Timberlake's Attorney Vows To 'Vigorously' Fight The DWI Charge
Timberlake is scheduled for a virtual trial on July 26 and faces up to one year in jail if convicted.
According to People magazine, the singer will likely not appear in court, and his attorney Edwin Burke Jr. is expected to stand in for him.
Timberlake's trial will cause some hiccups as it clashes with his "Forget Tomorrow World Tour" stop at the Tauron Arena in Kraków, Poland. However, his attorney has vowed to "vigorously" defend him against the allegations.
"I look forward to vigorously defending Mr. Timberlake on these allegations," Burke told Deadline in a statement. "I will have a lot to say at the appropriate time but am currently awaiting full discovery from the District Attorney's office."
An Anonymous Person Called The Cops On Justin Timberlake
During a chat with the New York Post, a local businessman claimed that someone gave the cops a heads-up about Timberlake being intoxicated prior to the singer's DWI arrest.
"[They] said Justin was having a lot of drinks, and they told the cop to watch him if he is going to drive," the restaurateur told the outlet.
The information from the person likely led a young cop to issue a warning to Timberlake minutes after he exited the hotel and drove off in his car.
Reports have confirmed that after the warning, the singer opted to continue driving and not call for an Uber. He was later arrested after blowing past a stop sign and swerving recklessly between lanes.
