Billie Eilish no longer feels safe at her home, so the iconic singer-songwriter has gone to court in hopes of obtaining a restraining order against an alleged stalker literally camped feet away from her doorstep. Eilish believes the allegedly-deranged man to be violent and obsessive and is worried about what may happen to herself or her family if action is not taken. In newly filed documents, obtained by The Blast, 19-year-old Eilish details the anxiety and fear caused by the situation.

According to the civil request for a restraining order Billie Eilish filed in an L.A. County Court on Thursday, the alleged stalker, who The Blast has chosen not to name, has caused:
"Emotional injury including fear for my safety, fear for the safety of my family, and loss of my sense of peace and tranquility and security in my home and‚personal space resulting from the repeated instances of harassment."
In a personal declaration, Eilish goes on to explain that a 23-year-old man has been harassing her at home since last August.

"For nearly six months, an individual who has identified himself as [The Man] has harassed and threatened me while he has camped outside a school across the street from my family’s home," Billie Eilish wrote in a declaration.
She added that the man has been "throwing letters intended for me onto our family’s property. The letters are extremely disturbing and threatening."
According to Eilish, one of the disturbing letters stated:
"You can’t get what you want, unless what you want is to die for me. . .You will know that soon the water will rise, and you might very well die. . .You will die. What are you dying for?"

Billie Eilish says that the alleged stalker has been sleeping on the steps of the school near her home and "perching" himself atop the school's chainlink fence so that he can peer inside the privacy wall of her home.
"Every time I drive home I am filled with anxiety fearing that [The Man] will be there waiting for me, and he usually is," she stated.
Billie Eilish made it clear that "I no longer feel safe going outside my home and enjoying basic physical exercise in my neighborhood, as he could attempt to approach and
hurt me."
She concluded with, "Every time I see him I just want to scream."
Along with a request for her own safety, Billie Eilish has included her parents. The document has not yet been ruled on by a judge.
