Justin Timberlake's DWI arrest has triggered responses from many, including Ted Conklin, the owner of The American Hotel, where the singer allegedly got drunk.

Despite reports that the singer was allegedly "wasted" at his hotel, Conklin gave Timberlake a glowing review, branding him a "great guest."

After the DWI arrest, Justin Timberlake was photographed handcuffed in court, where he was arraigned and released without bail.

Conklin, the owner of The American Hotel, where Timberlake got drunk before being arrested for a DWI, has broken his silence on the singer's arrest.

During a chat with TMZ, Conklin praised Timberlake for being a "great guest and a nice guy" and claimed he was a model customer during the singer's time at his Hotel.

According to the news outlet, the owner noted that they do not intend to ban Timberlake and will gladly welcome him back if he ever wants to return.

Timberlake was arrested after police spotted him swerving and running a stop sign. At the time of the arrest, the "Mirrors" singer allegedly said he only had "one martini" at the hotel but failed the field sobriety test. He was then taken to a local police station, where he refused to take a breathalyzer test.

Conklin's statements about Timberlake being a "great guest" come after reports that the singer was "wasted" and allegedly drank other people's drinks at the hotel.

An eyewitness recounted the alleged moment, saying: "He was wasted. At one point, just before closing, somebody got up to go to the bathroom and left his drink on the table."

"When [the man] came back, [Timberlake] was drinking his drink. The guy goes, 'Justin, that's my drink!" the source added, per the New York Post.

According to reports, Timberlake was partying with his friends at the location and left around 12:30 AM.

According to the Daily Mail, a source close to Biel shared that she is displeased about her husband's DWI arrest.

Biel was also in New York City, filming her new Prime Video series, "The Better Sister," miles away from Sag Harbor, Long Island, where Timberlake was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated.

The insider noted that Biel is "embarrassed" but hopes that the unfortunate incident makes him reduce his alcohol intake.

"Jessica is disappointed but he is her husband so she is by his side and will have his back through all of it," the source noted. "She would like Justin to curb his drinking, so he never gets into a situation like this ever again. She is treating it like a slap on the wrist and is hoping that it doesn't lead to anything more severe in the future."

On Tuesday, Timberlake was photographed being led from the Sag Harbor police headquarters to the village's Justice Court.

According to photos published by the Daily Mail, the "Cry Me A River" singer looked shocked as police officers led him out.

Timberlake had a brief arraignment at the court, during which he was banned from driving for a year in New York and released without bail.

He was also arraigned on one count of driving under the influence, running a stop sign, and failing to keep to his lane. The singer's next court appearance is scheduled for July 26.

According to his attorney, Edwin Burke Jr., the 43-year-old singer intends to "vigorously" defend himself against the allegations.

Speaking on behalf of the singer, Burke noted that he'll be fighting the charges as he's scheduled to virtually appear for a Sag Harbor court hearing next month.

"I look forward to vigorously defending Mr. Timberlake on these allegations," Burke told Deadline in a statement. "I will have a lot to say at the appropriate time but am currently awaiting full discovery from the District Attorney's office."

Aside from his legal troubles, Timberlake is scheduled for a solo show on Tuesday, June 25, and Wednesday, June 26, in Madison Square Garden, New York City. He'll also play two shows in Chicago later this week: Friday, June 21, and Saturday, June 22.
