Chris Martin & Dakota Johnson's Driver Allegedly Runs Over Woman's Foot

Chris Martin and Dakota Johnson were in the middle of a chaotic situation when their driver allegedly ran over the foot of a pedestrian.

Photographers captured the action as it went down on Wednesday after Martin and Johnson were leaving an appearance on "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon."

The stars were also with Martin and Gwyneth Paltrow's 13-year-old son, Moses.

While leaving the studio, the driver of Martin and Johnson's SUV appeared to run over the foot of a woman, who immediately went down and could be seen grimacing in pain.

The photographers claim the SUV ran a red light, but that has not been confirmed.

Witnesses began banging on the vehicle to let the driver know that a woman had been injured, and she began screaming that the car, "stopped on my foot!"

The Coldplay star immediately jumped out of the SUV and checked on the woman.

Martin appeared to comfort the woman, along with her boyfriend, while emergency responders arrived.

After the ambulance was on scene, the woman was loaded up and transported from the scene. She appeared to be in stable condition.

Johnson and Moses eventually exited the SUV, and joined Martin by getting into another car that was sent to pick up the stars.

It's unclear if any citations were given at the scene. We reached out to the NYPD for the status of the injured woman.

12:06 PM PDT: The NYPD tells The Blast a 25-year-old female pedestrian was struck by the SUV, which was being driven by a 52-year-old man.

We're told that just prior to being struck, the pedestrian actually stepped around a UPS truck, that was parked in the street.

The woman was transported to the hospital with complaints of pain in her right foot.

We're told no arrests were made and no summons were issued.

Martin and Johnson have been making headlines lately after the "Peanut Butter Falcon" star was seen without the trademark gap in her teeth.

Before the accident, Johnson explained the story to Fallon, telling him, "I had a permanent retainer since was, like, 13, and it was just glued to the back of my teeth."

She continued, “I was having a lot of neck problems recently, so my orthodontist, she decided it would be a good idea to take it off and see if my jaw sort of expanded and it helped me and my gap closed by itself and I’m really sad about it, too."

There were also rumors that Martin and Johnson had split ... but apparently that is just not true.
