Nicola Coughlan's latest social media activity has fans even more in love. The Irish actress has been posting about her Bridgertoncostar, Luke Newton this weekend, sharing a supportive message to her Instagram Story as fans discuss some relationship drama that's off-screen, for once. Luke, 31, was recently spotted putting on a PDA with rumored girlfriend Antonia Roumelioti, holding her hand in public and quickly seeing the photos go viral. Fans, who have watched Nicola and Luke's close bond grow during the Bridgerton press tour this year, wondered if the two might be together, but it looks like Nicola's message is clearing things up.

Stunning as she flaunted her curves in a peach-colored, crystal-studded column dress, Nicola braved a low neckline as she flaunted her cleavage, posing from a garden stone path and looking a million dollars.

Adding in black elbow gloves, a matching peach headpiece and a tulle, floor-length train, Nicola wore diamond Chopard earrings to match the ring worn over her glove, striking poses as she sent out Irish Rose vibes and earned herself over 970,000 Instagram likes.

Reposting Luke's message as he wrote: "Thanks for being such a big part of this wild journey," Nicola added her own words, saying: "A true gentleman, the kindest friend, a dream costar," continuing: "Couldn’t have been luckier than to spend the last 6 months traveling the world with you.” Whether or not Nicola's note was a subtle nod of approval to Luke and Antonia is unknown.

Glamour also noted the heavy on-screen chemistry between Nicola (who plays Penelope Featherington) and Luke (who plays Colin Bridgerton), adding that there's "frustration" that the two are not a real-life couple. Nicola has, however, opened up about her on-screen relationship with Luke.
