Demi Moore Bullied Over 'X-Rated' Wardrobe Malfunction While Braless

Demi Moore made instant headlines for her rather exposing malfunction last fall, going viral for Fashion Week photos that showed her sheer, braless dress slipping out of place. In September 2023, the 61-year-old turned heads at the Saint Laurent Show in Paris, France, looking every inch the Hollywood starlet in a show-stopping, all-black look. Proving that there's no age limit on rocking the braless trend, Demi stunned in her see-through dress and massive dark shades, however the moment seeing opaque parts of the dress shift to show some chest was caught on camera. The internet was not kind to the Indecent Proposal star.

Flashing her toned abs as she wore black underpants, the ex to Bruce Willis covered up with long sleeves and a conservative neckline, also managing to keep safe — at least until the malfunction.

With a fold-down, flap-style segment at the chest covering everything up, Demi appeared to have nothing to worry about. However, when flicking her glossy dark locks with one arm, the fabrics shifted to expose the braless display, likely beyond what Demi would have wanted.

When The Daily Mail published the photos, it dubbed the moment "X-Rated." Users flocked to the comments, with many appearing to think that Demi Moore had planned the whole thing as a publicity stunt. "She knew exactly what she was doing!!" one fan replied as over 80 others agreed. Two separate users called the whole thing "intentional," with a third shaming the actress for going sheer. "Oh look another one wearing see-through clothing for attention. Pathetic," they wrote.

In July 2022, Demi went viral for stunning in swimwear she designed as part of her collaboration with Andie Swim. Stunning from a boat as she waved an arm and stripped down to a black string two-piece, the actress looked closer to 40 in the promo shot, one earning her over 170,000 likes on Instagram.

“I think about all the things that I obsessed over when I was in my 20s and 30s, every flaw that I thought [I had],” Demi told talk show host Kelly Ripa in April. “Now I think, ‘God I’d love those to be my flaws.’”
