Donald Trump's Daughter, Ivanka, Sends Him Sweet Birthday Tributes, But Wife Melania Stays Mum

Ivanka Trump celebrated her father, Donald Trump's 78th birthday, with heartfelt social media posts that included cherished photos of them together.

Eric and Tiffany Trump also posted tributes to their father. However, the ex-president's wife, Melania Trump, has yet to say a word publicly and remains silent as she has been since the start of his court trials.

Despite his legal battles, Donald Trump remains focused on his 2024 campaign, with Ivanka Trump reportedly reconsidering her involvement after previously stepping away from politics.

Ivanka extended warm birthday wishes to her father, Trump, marking his 78th birthday with a heartfelt tribute across social media.

Posting on X, she wrote: "Happy birthday Dad ! @realDonaldTrump I love you today and every day!" alongside a photo of them strolling together at the White House.

On Instagram, Ivanka shared a collage of memorable moments with her father, including a wedding portrait, a boardroom session photo, and a nostalgic snapshot of them holding hands during her childhood.

Eric Trump also celebrated his father's birthday with a nostalgic Instagram post, sharing a childhood photo of himself alongside the former president. The caption read, "Happy Birthday to this warrior! @realdonaldtrump.”

Trump's daughter from his second marriage to Marla Maples, Tiffany, also shared a photo of herself and her father from her November 2022 wedding to Michael Boulos, held at her father's Mar-a-Lago resort in Palm Beach, Florida.

As Trump marks his 78th birthday, several expected Melania to make a statement or post celebrating her husband's new age. However, like in the past months, Melania has chosen not to say a word about the former president.

On the other hand, Trump always celebrates his wife publicly. In April, he wished her a happy birthday from outside the courtroom of his New York City hush money trial.

On special days like Valentine's Day, Trump has also made efforts to express his love for his wife and highlight their marriage. Still, Melania never reciprocates his actions, at least not publicly.

The couple has previously been plagued with rumors that their marriage is more like a "business" and not based on love.

The former first lady's ex-aide, Stephanie Winston Wolkoff, even noted that the husband-and-wife duo have a "transactional" relationship.

During a Las Vegas rally over the weekend, Trump joked about his birthday, remarking, "There's a certain point at which you don't want to hear 'Happy Birthday,'" as the crowd serenaded him.

"You just want to pretend the day doesn't exist," he added, per Newsweek.

For his birthday, the presumptive Republican nominee will headline a "Club 47" event near Mar-a-Lago at the Palm Beach County Convention Center. His enthusiastic supporters are expected to wear red, white, and blue to celebrate him.

The invitation featured Trump hugging an American flag, a nod to his Flag Day birth.

Club 47 President Larry Snowden confirmed to Daily Mail that the celebration will include cake and the playing of the birthday song, describing it as a "huge birthday celebration."

Ivanka, a senior adviser during her father's presidency, is reportedly contemplating joining Trump's 2024 campaign. Ivanka and her husband, Jared Kushner, who also served in the Trump administration, stepped away from politics after Trump lost the 2020 election.

After her father announced his third presidential run in November 2022, Ivanka stated, "I love my father very much. This time around, I am choosing to prioritize my young children and the private life we are creating as a family. I do not plan to be involved in politics."

However, she may be reconsidering. A source close to Ivanka told Puck News, "After a long-standing position of ruling it out, she's more open to it. It's getting more real, it's revving up."

The source added that the 42-year-old has been increasingly open to the idea of being "helpful again."

The celebration comes just weeks after Trump was convicted of 34 charges related to falsification of business records for his hush money payment to ex-pornstar Stormy Daniels.

While speaking outside the court, the convicted felon denounced the trial as a "disgrace" and "rigged" by a "conflicted judge." He asserted his innocence: "The real verdict will be on November 5th by the people."

Trump also claimed the trial was politically motivated by the Biden administration to damage a political opponent. He then vowed to continue fighting, stating, "We'll win because our country's gone to hell."
