Anya Taylor-Joy In Birthday Miniskirt Shows Off 'Cheeky' Cowgirl Crop Top

Anya Taylor-Joy turned 28 years old in April, and she wasn't left alone as she stepped out in NYC. Followed by the paparazzi, the actress quickly made headlines for embracing the 2024 Cowboy-core trend, one kicked off this Spring as singer Beyonce dropped her new country album. Showing off her model-like figure in the Big Apple, Anya stunned in her birthday outfit, one checking boxes for its leggy miniskirt and "COWBOY" logo top. When The Daily Mail published the images, it even called Anya's crop top "cheeky."

Rocking a high heel, the 2024 Cannes Film Festival face kept itty-bitty in a cropped white tee, one showing off her trim tummy and with "COWBOY" written across the front.

Wearing statement shades and her signature blonde locks down, Anya Taylor-Joy carried a chic black clutch, with photos showing her on the phone.

Anya later celebrated her birthday with husband Malcolm McRae, whom she married in 2022. "Looks good in that skirt. Nice thighs," one user replied, and others agreed. Another, meanwhile, seemed surprised by the statement outfit. "I would never have guessed she would dress that way, i would have imagined her to dress very casually. She doesn't strike me as a dress-to-impress type. I guess she has a stylist and agent that are trying to boost her coverage," they wrote.

Anya has often worked with celebrity stylist Law Roach, also responsible for actress Zendaya's looks. The Queen's Gambit star is now signed to luxury designer Dior.

In September 2021, Law Roach made sure to feature Anya on his Instagram as she posed stripped down to skimpy bikini bottoms. It looks like the big brands are running after Anya Taylor-Joy, who now boasts a reported net worth of $7 million. Last fall, she was unveiled as the latest ambassador to front luxury jewelry brand Tiffany & Co.
