We're now getting the first look at former "Sons Of Anarchy" star Tommy Flanagan as a crime boss in the upcoming Netflix series "Wu Assassins."
Flanagan, who's plays “an international crime boss with a mysterious interest in San Francisco’s Chinatown,” looks fairly intimidating in his new role on "Wu Assassins." He's not known for playing happy-go-lucky people, so this probably isn't a huge stretch for him.
Flanagan plays crime boss Alec McCullough, though there's not much else known about his character right now.
Fans of "Sons Of Anarchy" remember Flanagan as Filip "Chibs" Telford on the hugely successful motorcycle club drama.
"Wu Assassins" is written by John Wirth, who's had a hand in the "Terminator: The Sarah Conner Chronicles" TV series.

"Wu Assassins" is about Kai Jin, played by Iko Uwais, who is first seen as a Chinatown chef in the famous San Francisco neighborhood. Kai Jin eventually meets a strange spirit and becomes the Wu Assassin.
Ten episodes have been lined up for the first season, which lands on Netflix on Aug. 8.
