Jennifer Lopez flaunted her insanely defined hips while stripped to a skimpy swimsuit on Instagram back in 2021. Dropping jaws with an insane level of muscle definition around her waistline, the 54-year-old singer turned heads as she snapped a selfie in February of that year, flaunting her world-famous figure in a white one-piece and giving a nod to #SelfCareSunday in her caption. Winding up on Page Six's top celebrity bikini photos of 2021, JLo reminded her 252 million followers that she's body goals, and one look at the comments shows a fanbase that agrees.

Highlighting both her muscles and her curves, the Atlas star dropped jaws as she flashed her sculpted silhouette, going high-cut and with an elasticated waistband accentuating her midriff.

Flashing some sideboob as she drew the eye from her cleavage to her bulging biceps and triceps, Lopez rocked silver hoop earrings and a messy bun hairdo, holding her phone with one hand and looking into the lens as she kept her expression neutral. All golden tan as she wore a light layer of makeup Jennifer Lopez wrote: "#SelfCareSunday." She also tagged her JLo Beauty brand, founded in 2021.

By May 2022, JLo was making headlines for this poolside photo, one seeing her looking glamorous as she stunned in a skimpy black bikini, billowing matching kaftan, and high heels. Striking a leggy pose from her backyard, the wife to Ben Affleck wore statement shades as she knocked the camera dead, writing: "Summer mode activated."

Lopez has just announced the cancellation of her summer tour to spend time with children Max and Emme. "I just didn’t understand what it was to care for myself, to not put somebody else’s feelings and needs — and your need for them to love you — in front of taking care of yourself," the singer has revealed of finding herself a single mother in the wake of her split from ex-husband Marc Anthony.

Speaking to Vogue about setting limits, Lopez separately stated: "Self-love is really about boundaries. Learning what you’re comfortable with and putting up the boundaries, not being afraid of the consequences. Knowing that in taking care of yourself, everything will turn out okay, that people will treat you the way you want to be treated and your life will feel good to you."

With a net worth of $400 million, Jennifer Lopez likely isn't worrying about financial losses from her now-canceled tour. As to the mounting speculation that her marriage to actor Ben Affleck is in trouble, that might be a different story.
