According to court documents obtained by The Blast, a lien on the reality star's home will be auctioned off to the highest bidder on August 26.
The auction will go down at the Doubletree by Hilton Hotel Anaheim in Orange County. Anyone is allowed to attend and place a bid on Rossi's property. The documents note the unpaid balance owed on the mortgage by Rossi totals $431,529.79.

The 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom 2,306 sq. ft. condo is located in Costa Mesa.
The Blast
Back in April, Quality Loan Service Corporation put Rossi on notice that she was in default on her home mortgage.
The company let the reality star know if she didn’t pay up quickly, they would foreclose on the property and sell it at a public auction.
Quality Loan accused Rossi of being behind $25,894.91 on her condo, where her and fiancé Slade Smiley live. They told Rossi they would set an auction date within 90 days, if she didn’t settle the debt.
They weren’t messing around and have indeed set the date for next month. Rossi will have to pay the outstanding $25,894.91, to avoid the auction from moving forward.
The reality star recently welcomed a baby girl, Skylar Gray, with finance Slade Smiley. The kid is the first for the couple.
Rossi did successfully shut down a separate lawsuit accusing her of owing $9k in credit card debt, as the case was dismissed.
