Melania and her son Barron were recently seen stepping out in public following Trump's guilty verdict in the hush money trial.

The outing marked the former model and her teenager's first public appearance since the conviction, as both had refrained from attending the trial to support the billionaire mogul.

If Melania was still upset about her husband's conviction, it definitely didn't show in her outfit, as she chose to glam up in an expensive and stylish manner.

According to Page Six, sources revealed that Melania and her son were at Trump Tower when the billionaire mogul was handed a guilty verdict by his hush money trial jury.

A source claimed the duo were "smuggled in through the side entrance" to avoid paparazzi.

News of the verdict reportedly took a toll on the family, with many saying that it felt "like a funeral."

The source dished about it: "Everyone says Melania and the entire family are rallying around the former president. But the mood is nonetheless gloomy and gloomier right now. It's definitely viewed as a downer at Mar-a-Lago."

It was also claimed that Trump returned to the tower that day "looking older and tired," possibly from feeling the weight of the conviction.

Trump was convicted on 34 counts of falsifying his business records to conceal illegal payments made to former adult film star Stormy Daniels before the 2016 presidential election.

The verdict was unprecedented, as it made the billionaire mogul the first former president in U.S. history to be handed a felony conviction.

Trump is expected to be sentenced on July 11 and can face jail time if the presiding judge, Juan Merchan, decides to throw the book at him.

Regardless of the direction the sentencing takes, Trump can still run for office, as there is no law restricting someone with a felony conviction from being voted for as president.

Following the verdict, the 2024 presumptive GOP nominee expressed dissatisfaction, calling it a "disgrace" and saying that the "real verdict" will be seen during the presidential election later this year.

Trump is also expected to appeal the verdict as soon as possible, and his legal team will have just 30 days after his sentence to file a notice.
