Molinari, known for sharing cooking demos shot in her family's Italian restaurant or her own kitchen, took her cooking outside on a beautiful spring day.

"It's a beautiful day in Jersey. Sun is shining, birds are chirping, kids are laughing," she said as she prepped for her pasta-making demonstration. "Using double zero flour. I'm gonna do this just like so."

She poured some flour onto the table and then made a hole in the middle for an egg. After grabbing an egg, she cracked it into the hole and then "slowly incorporated the egg." She then kneaded and rolled the freshly made dough, put it in some plastic wrap, and then into the refrigerator to chill for a bit.

After The Dough Chills, It's Time To 'Get A Little Hands-On'

While Molinari said that you can "use a pasta machine," she doesn't want to break the glass table she's been preparing the dough on so she just rolls it out by hand. After using a rolling pin to flatten out the dough, she rolled it up, cut it into pieces, and said, "Bada bing, fresh cooked pasta."

"Now you can do whatever you want with this," she said. As kids were screaming and having a great time in the background, Molinari sprinkled on some oil and cheese before diving in.

"You have no clue, you really don't," she said as she enjoyed a bite. "There's something so fresh about fresh pasta. Store-bought pasta, it just doesn't do it. It can't compete where you don't compare."

Molinari's video received more than 1.5 million views and tons of positive comments.

How About Some Whipped Ricotta With That Pasta?

So now you have a plate of fresh pasta but you want to add something more? How about some homemade whipped ricotta to go with that pasta? Molinari shared a video of just how to make that!

"You know what I love? Ricotta. Let's do something with it," she said. The Jersey girl, who had a tub of ricotta, then grabbed a lemon and sliced it up before adding a generous amount of ricotta to her blender with some fresh squeezed lemon juice, "special olive oil" and seasoning. Then it was time to blend it up!

After a little taste test, Molinari added a bit more fresh squeezed lemon juice. She then sliced up a loaf of bread and toasted it in a pan of olive oil before adding the whipped ricotta to the top of the slices and enjoying.
