Channing Tatum was granted a permanent restraining order against the woman who was caught squatting in his empty Hollywood home.
Tatum's restraining order against the woman (who The Blast has chosen not to name) will last for five years. The woman was ordered to stay away from Tatum, Jenna Dewan, and their daughter Everly.
During the hearing on Tuesday, Tatum's attorney, Blair Berk told the court that the woman emailed the attorney's office and admitted to breaking into the home (and said she regretted doing so).
Tatum's attorney said the woman agreed she honor the terms of the restraining order.

As The Blast first reported, Tatum was granted a temporary restraining order earlier this month against a woman who broke into his home and shacked up for more than a week.
Tatum claimed the woman actually broke into one of Tatum's homes in Hollywood, which is currently vacant, and squatted in the property for 10 days.
She was eventually discovered by an assistant on June 24 and placed under citizen arrest before cops were called to take her away. At the time, the woman refuted that she was trespassing and believed Tatum had invited her to stay.
He also included a declaration in his court documents and claims the alleged stalker left a letter for him at his home back in November claiming the two had met 10 years prior and she believed Tatum was watching her. The actor believes the woman is delusional.
Tatum described that the situation as "very alarming to me" and also "very annoying to know that a complete stranger, who last year came to my home uninvited and unannounced, recently broke into my home and pretended to be staying there causes me significant concern for the safety of my family and myself, as well as emotional distress."

In the letter, the woman explains she didn't "think about the possibility" for a relationship with Tatum, but when saw on the Internet that he had split from Jenna Dewan, she made the decision to pursue him.
She claims they met years ago during the production of "White House Down."
Both Jenna Dewan and their daughter Everly are included in the temporary order of protection, which keeps the woman at least 100 yards away.
