Kylie Jenner's new line of skincare products has already hit a dry patch as government officials hit the mogul with a notice of suspension.
According to documents obtained by The Blast, Jenner was sent a suspension letter Monday by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office over her registration application for Kylie Skin.

USPTO officials stated that Kylie Skin was likely to cause confusion with another trademark, which was registered before the reality star filed her intentions of a skincare line.
Unfortunately, the other trademark is a Chinese company trying to rip off her image. The registration for "Kylie" was filed in 2017 by Shenzhen Hedi cosmetic tools Co., LTD in China.
They listed their intention to use the Kylie mark for cosmetics tools and brushes.
Kinda interesting, the Chinese company has already been hit with a suspension by officials for confusion their mark could cause for the already registered Kylie Cosmetics.
Unfortunately for Jenner, she will have to sit tight while the paperwork gets shuffled around and the Chinese company's registration for "Kylie" is officially abandoned.
After it's gone, the USPTO officials will once again review her application for Kylie Skin, and more than likely push it through to the final stages of a trademark certification.
The suspension for her skincare line comes days after the billionaire cosmetics mogul filed another application to expand her empire to include press on nails and fragrances.
Hopefully she gets the trademark snafu handled quickly, because Jenner has been touting the skincare line for weeks, and even just returned from a girls trip to Turks and Caicos that was completely themed with Kylie Skin.
The reality star took some of her besties, including Sofia Richie and Anastasia Karanikolaou, on the trip to sip cocktails in the sun and take LOTS of photos for Instagram.
