Ryan Anderson, who separated from ex-convict Gypsy Rose Blanchard earlier this year, is finally addressing the accusations that he hoarded food.
Ryan and Gypsy married in a prison wedding in July 2022 while Gypsy was serving her 10-year sentence for her involvement in her mother’s murder.
In July 2015, Clauddine "Dee Dee" Blanchard was stabbed to death in her bedroom. According to the probable cause statement, Gypsy supplied the knife and hid in a bathroom while her boyfriend at the time, Nick Godejohn, repeatedly stabbed Dee Dee.
Ryan Anderson And Gypsy Rose Blanchard Meet
Gypsy Rose Blanchard and Ryan Scott Anderson first met in 2020 when Ryan wrote her a letter after watching the docuseries, ‘Mommy Dead & Dearest,’ while she was in prison.
According to reports, Gypsy was drawn to Ryan’s letter because she found it genuine and funny. A few weeks later, the two began emailing one another and continued contact for a year and a half.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, Gypsy and Ryan couldn't meet until July 2021. They married one year later.
Gypsy Rose Blanchard Announces Separation From Ryan Anderson
As previously reported by The Blast, Gypsy Rose and Ryan announced their separation three months after her release from prison. "Unfortunately, my husband and I are going through a separation, and I have moved in with my parents down the bayou," she stated.
“I have the support of my family and friends to help guide me through this. I am learning to listen to my heart," she continued. "Right now, I need time to let myself find… who I am.”
Soon after, the ex-convict was seen with her ex-fiancé, Ken Urker. Although they initially claimed they were just friends, Gypsy recently confirmed they are back together.
Ryan Anderson Accused Of Hoarding Food
After the separation, TMZ reported that Gypsy and her estranged husband would dine out regularly. However, Ryan rarely finished his food and would ask for to-go boxes to bring his leftovers home, resulting in their fridge overflowing with containers.
Sources claim Gypsy was “triggered and stressed out about all the food hoarding,” as it reportedly reminded her of her mother’s behavior and issues.
Now, after those claims surfaced, Ryan decided to show his followers what his fridge looks like.
Ryan Anderson Shares What His Fridge Looks Like Following Food Hoarding Claims
The special education teacher shared a video to TikTok, claiming he “doesn’t know what a food hoarder is.”
“I mean, I don’t have food hiding under beds or anything like that,” he continued. “I do have a gastric sleeve, so that means the doctor removed 30% off my stomach, so when I go out to eat, I can't eat a lot, so I do get to go plates, so that might have [driven] Gypsy crazy.”
“It just is what it is, guys. I don't like wasting things, and I just can't eat a lot, but anyway, here we go.” Ryan then warned his followers that his “fridge is bad, so be prepared” before opening the door to his refrigerator, revealing what looks to be 8–10 containers of packaged food, as well as some vegetables, Gatorade bottles, and Dr. Pepper.
“Oh my god, the humanity,” Ryan said sarcastically, showing off his food. “There’s stuff everywhere. Oh God, what am I going to do?”
“You notice there's some Tupperware, nothing in there is over a week old,” he said of his food contents. “Guys, nothing crazy. I mean come on, what’s a food hoarder, I don’t know what that is.”

While some were not fans of the video, others pointed out how “savage” it is. “This is so funny. He said, DON’T BELIEVE HER,” one user commented. “Yo I’m dying, Gypsy Rose seriously made it seem like there were takeout food binds everywhere,” another said.
“Looks like a normal fridge. You had a lucky escape, Hun, lol,” one of Ryan’s followers said, hinting that he dodged a bullet with Gypsy. “You look, great, brother. You're better off. You dodged a bullet literally,” another echoed.
Lastly, one fan expressed, “Even if your fridge was overflowing with old food, when you love someone you work on things together, she just wanted out.”
