Turner regained her freedom on Sunday around 5:54 PM, according to sources from The Broward County jail. She was booked on eight charges, including conducting an organized scheme to defraud, grand theft, and identity theft.

After her bail hearing on Friday, she posted a $160,000 bond to secure her release from jail, leaving Kingston behind. The "Beautiful Girls" hitmaker will remain behind bars until the outcome of his extradition hearing on Tuesday.

Kingston will likely post bail like his mother, securing his release from the San Bernardino County jail before he is sent back to Florida. However, if the mother and son choose to return to their raided home in Southwest Ranches, they are in for a shocking scene.

According to cops, Kingston and Turner are guilty of multiple theft and fraud schemes. They alleged that over six months, the mother and son scammed people for hundreds of dollars.

Their crimes include almost $500K in jewelry, more than $200K from Bank of America, $160K from a car dealer, $100K from First Republic Bank, and $86K for a customized bed.

One of their alleged victims, Ver Ver Entertainment, triggered the raid that led to their arrest after Kingston failed to repay his debts. The Blast reported that the company's attorney, Dennis Card, confirmed their involvement in a statement.

Inside The Raid On Kingston's Home

The journey to Kingston's arrest began at the South Florida mansion he was renting, with The Broward Sheriff's Office confirming that arrest and search warrants were served at a Southwest Ranches residence following an ongoing investigation.

Authorities raided the home on Thursday; however, they only found Turner in the residence. Following her arrest, they issued a warrant for Kingston, who was out of the state for a performance in California.

Surprisingly, news of his mother's arrest reached him just hours before he was taken into custody. Unaware of the fate that awaited him, Kingston reassured fans of his safety in an Instagram Story post, writing:

"People love negative energy! I am good, and so is my mother! My lawyers are handling everything as we speak."

The Singer Was Arrested In California

As reported by The Blast, Kingston ate his words hours after the reassurance post, as The Broward Sheriff's Office confirmed his capture in a statement, declaring:

"This evening, police in Fort Irwin, Calif., arrested Kisean Anderson, aka Sean Kingston, without incident on a Broward Sheriff's Office arrest warrant for numerous fraud and theft charges."

"According to investigators, he will be booked into jail in San Bernardino, California," they explained. Part of the numerous fraud and theft charges included complaints from Ver Ver Entertainment over a breach of contract.

The company filed a lawsuit against Kingston in February, accusing him of failing to pay for items purchased from the company. They claimed he presented "numerous false representations" to them to reduce his debts.

In their complaints, Ver Ver Entertainment noted Kingston deceived them by claiming he had a "current and ongoing working relationship" with the Pop singer Justin Bieber.

He allegedly promised to produce promotional videos with Bieber for the company to reduce his payments and credit toward the items he purchased from them. However, he breached the terms of the contract by having no working relationship with the "Baby" singer.

Ver Ver Entertainment claimed they repeatedly tried and failed to collect their money from Kingston, eventually leading to the raid on his home. They also accused him of having "a long history of engaging in fraudulent conduct."
