Heidi Klum In Undies With 20-Year-Old Daughter Deemed Child 'Exploitation'

Heidi Klum has already faced criticism for her joint undies promos with model daughter Leni Klum, but the shaming didn't stop her as she and 20-year-old Leni returned for more this month. In early May, the 50-year-old supermodel jointly posted to Instagram for another ad plugging luxury lingerie brand Intimissi, twinning in summery undies with Leni and raising eyebrows all over again. The duo, who began their dealings with Intimissi in 2022, stripped down to bustier two-pieces and matching kimonos for this campaign, one quickly making headlines and, it would seem, leaving users underwhelmed yet again. One fan even called the setup "exploitation of a minor."

Rocking near-identical bras and briefs as they injected some floral action into their looks, Heidi and Leni posed from a studio, showing off her killer silhouettes and seemingly enjoying their shoot. Leni, who modeled a tan-colored, low-cut bustier and teeny matching briefs, upping the summer vibes via daisy embellishments and even going a little sheer at the bust. Adding in a printed open kimono that grazed her thighs, the Dior Beauty ambassador twinned with her mom via the shirt look, although Heidi had opted for a lacier white two-piece with a purple trim.

Flashing her cleavage and with Heidi doing the same, Leni sported her locks down as she smiled for the camera. Meanwhile, America's Got Talent judge mom Heidi smiled at her daughter while holding her hand. The snaps were also shared to the Intimissi Instagram, with the brand writing: "There’s nothing like the love between a mother and daughter -and if you also sprinkle in a little Italian lingerie..."

The Daily Mail quickly covered the post, stating that the duo had returned after falling "under fire" for prior ads. Given the comments, it doesn't look like the fan consensus has changed much.

Over 300 comments have been left. Leading the way is a user who wrote: "I could never in a million years think to pose in matching undies with my mom. God rest her beautiful soul." Also popular was a comment reading: "Heidi doesn’t realize that there is something wrong with this."

Also expressing issue with Leni's age was a fan replying: "First, her daughter looks nowhere near 20 so this seems like an exploitation of a minor child even though she’s of age. Second, if she wants to model, let her do it on her own." In most states, a child is a minor until the age of 18, although it looks like the user was careful as they said "seems like" rather than "is."
