'Sharkfest' Unveiled New Footage Of The Biggest Great White Ever Caught On Camera

There's some fresh footage of the great white called Deep Blue, and it's crazy.
National Geographic is in the middle of its two-week Sharkfest (not to be confused with Discovery's Shark Week), and they're going all in on the ocean's greatest predators.

On Sunday night, they debuted World's Biggest Great White?" The show focuses on the great white named Deep Blue, which experts believe to be the largest white shark ever caught on camera.
Deep Blue has been filmed before, but for the Nat Geo special a crew of photographer Mark Mohler, marine biologist Andrew Gray, and fellow photographer Kimberly Jeffries tracked the shark down off the coast of Waikiki.

In the new footage, Gray and Jeffries can be seen swimming just feet from Deep Blue. The shark is about 20 feet long and was feeding a dead sperm whale. Unlike humans, sharks continue to grow as they age. They believe she could be roughly 50 years old.
