As The Blast first reported, the "Bachelorette" creator was accused of violently attacking his wife at the couple's Hawaii home. She claims the attack came after his demand she get an abortion. The incident was caught on the house's security cameras.

Laura was awarded a temporary restraining order after claiming in documents that Fleiss "grabbed my body, forcibly pinned me up against the wall and held me there. After I broke free, he continued to use his arms and hands to aggressively push me away from him as he walked outside the door."

She later stated, "Our unborn child and I could have been severely injured."

Mike Fleiss filed a response to his wife's accusations, saying she was the one who attacked him after he claims to have found out about her lying about being birth control.

He says that he last heard from Laura on July 9 (he says he left Hawaii for Los Angeles for a work commitment) and that he has "no idea" she or their son is.

"Due to Laura's historical emotional instability," Fleiss says, "I am concerned about her and our son while in her care. I want to make sure they are safe."
