Teresa Giudice's Daughter Milania's New Convertible Got Totaled In Nasty Crash

Teresa Giudice's daughter, Milania Giudice, reportedly got into a nasty car crash amid her acceptance to the University of Tampa.

The accident occurred last week, with the "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star's daughter losing her new Mercedes. As for what happened, Milania claimed she wasn't liable for the crash and accused the other party of negligent driving.

According to a police report, Milania was involved in the car crash on Friday when another vehicle collided with her luxury Mercedes convertible in Boonton, New Jersey.

The accident resulted in the new car, with its temporary tags still on it, getting towed away because of the damages. However, the report noted that both parties refused to take responsibility for the incident.

Milania claimed the other driver was to blame, noting he ran a stop sign and then slowly traveled through an intersection before hitting her Mercedes. Meanwhile, the latter shared a different narrative.

According to the other driver, they stopped at the stop sign and looked around before pulling out but somehow managed to crash into Milania's convertible. According to their report, despite their claims, authorities seemed to believe Teresa's daughter.

In the document obtained by TMZ, cops noted the accident happened because of the other driver. They stated the other party was to blame due to their "inattention and failing to yield to the right of way" of Milania.

Although her new Mercedes convertible didn't survive the accident, the Giudice family's attorney, James Leonard, confirmed Milania had escaped unscathed. "We are extremely grateful that nobody was hurt. That's all that matters," he said.

Additionally, losing her car didn't stop Milania from proudly celebrating her acceptance to the University of Tampa. Her mother hosted a college-themed party in her honor, decorating their home in the institution's signature colors.

Teresa shared the update on Instagram, posing proudly with her daughter on a bed covered in numerous college merch. Above their heads were multiple red, black, and white balloons matching the room's Tampa theme.

"Congratulations on the University of Tampa! I love you so much, and I am so proud of you! I can't wait to see what you accomplish within your four years. Make mommy proud [red heart emoji]," Teresa gushed in the post's caption.

Last year, The Blast reported that the Giudice family had partnered with Shein to launch the SheinXGuildford Girls collection. However, the collaboration was criticized for the brand's controversial image.

Fans were disappointed in Teresa and her daughters — Gia, Milania, and Audriana — because Shein has been accused of engaging in exploitative labor practices and replicating the creative work of independent designers.

However, the family's rep claimed they did their "due diligence" before signing a deal with the brand. In a statement addressing the backlash, the spokesperson said:

"We acknowledge the concerns expressed about our partnership and met with the Shein team prior to working together."

The rep continued: "We 100% believe in ethical practices in all capacities and, in doing our due diligence, have not seen any substantive evidence definitively showing unethical practices."

Despite the criticisms, Teresa's youngest daughter, Audriana, proudly promoted the controversial collection on Instagram. She shared multiple pictures of herself wearing pieces from the Shein x Guidice Girls, the first being a silk pajama set.

Next, she rocked a halterneck black dress with matching black sandals and complimentary jewelry as she posed on a printed orange couch. Audriana also flaunted the collection's brown number, a one-sleeve piece with a bold cut-out across her midsection.

The brown dress featured silt and a short hem that exposed Audriana's legs. In the post's caption, she matched the subtle color with brown strap heels and raved about being "obsessed" with the clothes.

Last June, The Blast reported Teresa had finally addressed the speculations of a rocky dynamic between her and her husband, Luis "Louie" Ruelas.

She assured fans that all was well in her union on her episode of her "Namaste B$tches" podcast with co-host Melissa Pfeister.

"They're trying to say that your marriage is, like, shaky," Pfeister began the conversation, prompting Teresa to stress that there was "no such thing" because she loves and adores her husband.

In her words, "No, there's nothing shaky. Maybe we shake together when we dance, but that's about it. That's the only time we're doing any shaking, you know?"
