Hayden Panettiere‘s daughter has been living with her ex Wladimir Klitschko amid the actress’ troubles with her current boyfriend.
According to PEOPLE, Panettiere’s 4-year-old daughter Kaya has not been living with the actress since she broke up Klitschko last August.
Kaya has been living with her father while Panettiere has been in Los Angeles.
A source told PEOPLE, “Her life is in flux with her daughter living away, and she has other issues weighing on her mind.”
The “Nashville” actress and the former professional boxer started dating in 2009. They split in 2011 but reunited in 2013.
The two eventually got engaged and had their daughter in 2014.
She last posted a photo of her daughter back in February with the caption, “Sweet moments with sleeping babes ❤️”

They ended their relationship for good in 2018 and Panettiere has been dating aspiring actor Brian Hickerson since the split.
Her relationship with Hickerson has been pretty rocky with him being arrested back in May and released on bail. The incident allegedly involved Panettiere and her family has reportedly been begging her to leave him.
According to prosecutors, Hickerson “willfully inflicted corporal injury resulting in a traumatic condition upon Hayden P.”
Hickerson was charged with felony domestic violence following his arrest. A Los Angeles judge recently denied the aspiring actor’s attempt to dismiss the charge. During the court hearing, the responding police officer testified about the incident.
If convicted, Hickerson is facing up to four years in prison for the charge.
