The pair connected through the dating app Bumble and agreed to go on a date. Unfortunately, it ended with Jackson exposing his genitals while they were seated in his car. Recalling the event, the plaintiff stressed:

"I was shocked and felt trapped. In an attempt to set boundaries, I told the Defendant that his behavior was unacceptable. Defendant JACKSON apologized. Based on what I believed was the Defendant's sincere apology, I agreed to continue seeing Defendant again."

Jane Doe 1 recalled Jackson appeared unannounced and intoxicated, leading her to believe it was best to take him home to "sleep it off." She stressed that she told him there would be no sexual activity. However, he attacked her while she was falling asleep.

"Defendant JACKSON flung his body on top of mine and attempted to kiss me forcefully. Summoning as much strength as I could muster, I forcefully pushed him off me," she painfully recalled, adding:

"I stated with specific words and actions that I would not engage in sexual activity and did not consent to engage in sexual activity with the Defendant."

Jane Doe 2 Echoed Similar Tales Of Horror

In her recollection of events, Jane Doe 2 revealed Jackson reached out to her on Instagram around July 2020 and invited her to his home. She visited his place on July 7, where he convinced her to have wine during their conversation.

The plaintiff stressed the pair were not intoxicated when they agreed to have anal intercourse because she was menstruating. However, the story changed while they were having sex as Jackson allegedly stopped to force himself on her.

"JACKSON forcefully sexually assaulted me by violently shoving his unprotected p-nis into my unlubricated v-gina while my tampon remained inside me. He proceeded to v-ginally rape me," she claimed, noting her bleeding increased.

Jane Doe 2 slammed him with similar damages as Jane Doe 1, both claiming they continue to endure "issues with a lack of trust, adverse psychological and emotional sequelae, depressive symptoms, anxiety, nervousness, and fear."

The Women Made Their Allegations Public In 2022

Before their latest lawsuit, the anonymous women filed a complaint against Jackson at the Superior Court of California in 2022. They accused him of using his celebrity status to find "unsuspecting women" like themselves to abuse.

"These women who have come forward with their horror stories of how they were brutally sexually assaulted by Mr. Jackson are the latest brave victims to share their stories of how a powerful male used his celebrity status to manipulate, intimidate, and silence them," their attorney Keith M. Davidson said in a statement.

"They, like so many other victims in the #metoo reckoning, will be silent no more. Justice must be served," Davidson continued, per PEOPLE, adding: "We look forward to holding all wrongdoers accountable for their despicable and scarring acts."
