Cameron Boyce's Father Says He's Living A 'Nightmare,' But Is Thankful For Support

Cameron Boyce's father spoke out publicly for the first time since his son's death.
Cameron Boyce died suddenly over the weekend after having a seizure. The 20-year-old actor reportedly suffered from epilepsy.
Since his passing, there's been an outpouring of support from many of the actors he worked with, as well as from fans all over the world.
On Sunday, Cameron's father, Victor, joined the chorus of people publicly mourning the actor's death. In a tweet, he wrote:
“I’m overwhelmed with the love and support our family has received. It really does help to ease the pain of this nightmare I can’t wake up from. I can’t thank you guys enough.”

Shortly after news of Boyce's passing, Disney released its own statement:
"From a young age, Cameron Boyce dreamed of sharing his extraordinary artistic talents with the world. As a young man, he was fueled by a strong desire to make a difference in peoples' lives through his humanitarian work. He was an incredibly talented performer, a remarkably caring and thoughtful person and, above all else, he was a loving and dedicated son, brother, grandson and friend."
An official cause of death has not yet been made public, although an autopsy has been completed. There's no word yet on funeral services for Boyce.
