Ariel Winter Handles Car Crash Braless In Daisy Dukes

Ariel Winter made headlines for all kinds of reasons as her bagel hunt turned ugly back in 2016. In paparazzi photos showing her conversing with a van driver following being in a minor crash, the sitcom star still managed to pull off looking amazing in a Daisy Dukes outfit, although fashion was likely the last thing on her mind. Ariel, who was 18 at the time, had been waiting for a friend to pick up some bagels from an L.A. store when someone backed into her rental car, causing all kinds of drama. Finding herself chased around by cameras, Ariel had much of the aftermath of the crash caught by the press, and that included her cute, skimpy outfit.

Scroll for the photos. Flaunting her curves prior to the 30 pounds she dropped in 2019, Ariel looked sensational as she rocked a white strappy crop top with a plunging neckline and a cupped design. Going braless as she flashed hints of her tummy, the actress sizzled as she went leggy in a cut-off pair of denim shorts, ones highlighting her shapely legs.

Looking in good spirits in one image as she dashed around, Ariel flew the flag for cute style in her flat gladiator sandals, and it didn't look like she needed much in the way of accessories.

Wearing her dark locks scraped back as she ditched the makeup, Ariel stunned in the L.A. sunshine, with further photos published by The Daily Mail showing her speaking to the van driver possibly involved in the crash. A man was also seen crouching down in front of Ariel's rental vehicle, inspecting it.

Ariel was, at the time, still starring in sitcom Modern Family, which ended in 2020. The pandemic then marked a period of endless paparazzi hounding as the star was endlessly photographed at grocery stores and even in parking lots. Two years later, she and boyfriend Luke Benward quit Hollywood, with Ariel later confirming that escaping the level of press invasion was precisely why.

Speaking in 2022 as she detailed her motive for leaving Hollywood, Ariel revealed:

"Part of the reason I always hated L.A. is because I have been followed by paparazzi for a very long portion of my life. And I really, really dislike having my space invaded."

"I don't like pictures of me when I haven't signed up for pictures of me. I don't like feeling watched," the former ABC star continued, adding: "I've always just wanted to live a very, very normal life, just have a normal existence." Ariel does still update her Instagram, often sharing snaps with beau Luke and the many dogs they live with. She shared the above photo in May 2022, using it to gush over her boyfriend on his birthday.
