Cuba Gooding Jr. just showed up to the NYPD's Special Victims Unit in Harlem, New York to face charges he allegedly groped a woman at a nightclub.
The "Jerry Maguire" star arrived in a suit and tie and waved briefly to fans and media as he made his way inside.
It is expected he will be charged with forcible touching, which is a misdemeanor.
His attorney, Mark Heller, told the New York Daily News, "Nobody is happy to be in this position, but I can tell you he’s feeling extremely confident and has great trust in the legal system. He has no concern he’ll ever be convicted. It’s just a terrible ordeal."
