The mother of Chris Brown's daughter is fed up with him allegedly not paying child support, so she's gone to court to collect what she believes she is owed.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Nia Guzman — who is mother to Brown's daughter, Royalty — claims that Brown was ordered back in February to pay $17,743 in child support.

She claims that Brown "has repeatedly engaged in conduct that dramatically increased the cost of litigation." Guzman claims, "He has ignored deposition notices, offered to participate in mediation in a court hearing then failed to even respond to potential mediation dates when proposed, and ignored settlement offers altogether."

Guzman claims Brown's actions have created "a great hardship" for her because she does not work and relies on the support from him, calling him "an admitted extraordinary high earner." She claims he makes $7.5 million a year.

In total, Guzman is seeking $258,285.24 in back support (which includes retroactive support from the beginning of the case) plus sanctions and "the value of housing that [Brown] agreed to supply."

As The Blast first reported, the singer and Guzman got into a nasty legal battle over custody and support last year.

Brown was paying $2,500 per month in support and another $4,000 for a nanny, who happens to be Nia's mother. She believed she should receive $21,000 plus per month and that she was owed $250,000 in retroactive child support.

Brown filed documents to fight Guzman's attempt to get more money, claiming this is already the third time she has asked for an increase in support. He claims based on Guzman's own financial documents, between her income, Brown's support, and the spousal support she receives from a prior marriage ... Guzman ends up with a surplus each month of $6,628 a month.

A report in Page Six last month said that Brown and his ex-girlfriend, Ammika Harris, are expecting their first child together.

Brown and Harris are not dating at the moment and that the pregnancy resulted in Brown's breakup with his most current girlfriend, Indyamarie.

Brown had sort of tipped fans off to the news, commenting recently on a photo of Harris by writing, "my baby mama."
