Kim Kardashian slipped her curves into an ultra-tight bikini as she jetted out to a private Caribbean island to ring in her 40th birthday in October 2020. The 43-year-old mogul made headlines that fall for being one of the first celebrities to take a proper vacation amid the global pandemic, but it was those birthday curves that got everyone talking as she stripped down for ocean-set swimwear shots. Sizzling in a tiny bikini as she flaunted her jaw-dropping figure, Kim wowed the 'Gram in snaps that have since been reposted to fan accounts, and it looks like one such feed has been eyeing up the star's thighs.

Backed by uninterrupted water horizons as she enjoyed her luxurious getaway, the reality star drew the eye from her toned legs and stomach to her cleavage, where her triangle top and its halter design were big-time showcasing her cleavage. While Kardashian had captioned her original IG share: "This is 40!" it looks like the fan reposting the snap had other thoughts. Shouting out the star's curves prior to the 2022 weight loss she made headlines for, they wrote: "Thick thighs save lives."

Chances are, though, 2024 photos of Kim wouldn't fly with a caption like that. Two years ago, Kim dropped 16 pounds to fit into her 2022 Met Gala gown, but she didn't stop there. Eventually opening up about her newer figure, Kim confirmed that she had lost a total of 21 pounds. "I'm down 21 pounds now. I'm not trying to lose any more weight, but I have more energy than ever," she revealed in June of that year.

Cut Out 'Sugar' And 'Junk Food'

Dishing on how she lost the weight, Kim continued: "I cut out so much sugar. A lot of junk food I was eating. I didn't realize it. A lot of fried foods. And I just completely changed my lifestyle."

Trainer Says She 'Put The Work In'

Meanwhile, trainer Don 'DB' Brooks backed Kim up amid allegations of Ozempic use and unhealthy starving behavior, stating: "So I mean I was there through the process, so it wasn't like a starving yourself type of thing. I mean she went on a real balanced diet and at times, you know, she wouldn't eat as much. But then the second thing was she was in the gym and put the work in."
