Several star athletes are teaming up with Peloton for Mental Health Awareness Month, which is launching a new challenge.
Mental Health Awareness Month is observed from May 1 through May 31 every year. The purpose is to encourage people to find time to take care of their mental well-being, and Peloton is bringing its community together to do just that.
Collaborating with partners such as Project Healthy Minds, Warner Music Group, and athletes Myles Garrett and Brionna Jones, Peloton is launching the 20 Million Minutes Challenge to help inspire others to focus on their mental health. This latest challenge is a 24-hour community event aiming to accumulate 20 million total minutes on the Peloton platform supporting Project Healthy Minds.
