This year, the reality TV star took a unique spin on the fashion event's theme, "Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion," by linking "The Garden of Time" dress code to an unforgettable night of her life.

The "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" alum graced the iconic steps of the Metropolitan Museum of Art on Monday night in a fantasy-themed dress. The sparkly Maison Margiela piece by John Galliano turned heads for multiple reasons.

Kim's famous curves were fully displayed in the sheer silver gown, which featured a metallic floral print top followed by a lace train made out of leaves and floral embroidery.

Of course, the most attractive detail was the silver corset, which cinched the entertainer's waist to a petite size.

The glamorous details didn't end there as Kim ditched her black hair for an icy bleach-blonde look that complimented her dazzling outfit. She rocked the new color in loose waves and opted for subtle makeup rather than her usual bold choice.

She noted her outfit was the aftermath of "the wildest night of [her] life in a garden," saying: "I just ran out and grabbed my boyfriend's sweater and threw it on and had to get to work. And my hair is all messed up."
