“Love & Hip Hop” star Joseline Hernandez is firing back at her baby daddy Stevie J.'s attempt to get her thrown in jail, denying she violated their custody agreement by refusing him access to their daughter.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Joseline is denying all allegations she has violated the terms of their 2018 deal relating to their 2-year-old daughter Bonnie Bella Jordan.

Joseline says she did not deny him visitation or leave him out of important decision making. She is asking the judge to deny his request to have her thrown in jail and wants him case thrown out.

Stevie J recently filed docs requesting the court find Joseline in contempt of court. He accused her of breaching their deal by not allowing his liberal visitation with their kid.

He claimed that she had consistently “prohibited regular visitation and parenting time” between his daughter and him.

He explained Joseline got a second home in Miami since 2018. They had lived in Georgia together prior to her moving. Stevie said he had to travel five times to Florida to see his kid and was denied access each time. He accused her of willfully and intentionally preventing him.

Stevie also took issue with her allegedly not involving him in important decisions including healthcare, education and religious upbringing.

Back in 2018, Stevie J and Joseline were able to reach a settlement over custody and support.

In the deal, Stevie was to pay Joseline a total of $1,000 a month in child support. That amount was based on his stated $30,000 a month income. Joseline also listed her monthly income as $30,000 at the time.

She was awarded primary physical custody while they shared joint legal custody.
