Travis Kelce Spotted At The 150th Kentucky Derby Without Taylor Swift

The Kentucky Derby is one of America's most-watched sporting events, second behind the Super Bowl. And now, worlds are colliding as NFL star Travis Kelce was spotted at the big event; however, his girlfriend, pop icon Taylor Swift, was nowhere to be seen.

Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift have been linked since last summer, going public in September after she attended one of his football games. Ever since, the couple has been spotted attending several events together, and while Travis is at this year's Kentucky Derby, it seems Taylor Swift may have had other plans.

Travis Kelce was seen dressed to the nines, wearing a pinstriped white suit and an iconic black Derby hat. He was surrounded by security and police as he made his way through the crowd.

Taylor Swift, however, has not been seen. It is unclear if she plans to arrive later in the day or if she is skipping out on this sporting event.

While the pop icon was not seen with Travis, the two continue to support each other. Last year, after being named TIME's 2023 Person of the Year, Taylor said, “When you say a relationship is public, that means I’m going to see him do what he loves, we’re showing up for each other, other people are there, and we don’t care."

"The opposite of that is you have to go to an extreme amount of effort to make sure no one knows that you’re seeing someone," she continued. "And we’re just proud of each other.”

Kentucky native Wynonna Judd was also seen in Louisville, Kentucky for the big day. She will be performing the national anthem later Saturday evening.

Late-night talk show host Jimmy Fallon was also seen at this year's Kentucky Derby, wearing a white suit and a black polka dot tie.

Mark Pope, the University of Kentucky basketball head coach, arrived in a navy blue suit and brown shoes at the Derby.

Becky Lynch, who married fellow WWE star and World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins in 2021, was spotted at Churchill Downs with her husband ahead of the big race. Lynch brought her WWE belt and wore a silver dress, while Rollins opted for an orange and white plaid suit and orange Derby hat.

Amon-Ra St. Brown, Detriot Lions wide receiver, was also spotted at the big sporting event. It is his first time at the Derby, and he says he is undecided on who he will be betting on.

The Kentucky Derby is a prestigious and historic horse race held every year on the first Saturday in May in Louisville, Kentucky and is known as "The Most Exciting Two Minutes in Sports."

It's the first leg of the American Triple Crown, followed by the Preakness Stakes and the Belmont Stakes. It's known for mint juleps, big hats, and colorful attire.
