Gypsy Rose Blanchard has spent the last eight and a half years behind bars for her involvement in her mother's murder, and she is starting to adjust to normal life -- including visiting the popular makeup store Sephora for the first time!
The public is claiming that the 32-year-old is in her comeback era as she's completely transformed her looks -- dying her blonde, getting a nose job, and replacing her silver teeth with white porcelain caps.
She recently got a complete makeover from Alexis Oakley, who took her to Sephora for the first time.
Gypsy Rose Blanchard Visits Sephora With Her Makeup Artist!
Makeup artist Alexis Oakley took Gypsy Rose Blanchard around Los Angeles for the first time. The two walked the streets, took in the views of the iconic city, and even visited Sephora.
"Taking Gypsy for Sephora for the first time," Alexis captioned a TikTok video. In the video, Alexis is pointing out her "favorite contour stick at the moment" to Gypsy Rose before panning the camera to the American Beauty wall.
Alexis then explained contouring and how she would apply it to Gypsy's face. "It makes such a big difference; it just snatches you up," Alexis told the ex-convict while in Sephora.
Alexis Oakley Gives Gypsy Rose Blanchard A Full Makeup Lesson
Gypsy Rose then asked Alexis for recommendations on the foundation, which the makeup artist suggested as her "go-to," which is the Make Up For Ever foundation.
"I'll show you the full face so you can recreate it back in Louisiana," Alexis told Gypsy as she walked her through the store.
The makeup artist proceeded to suggest eyebrow products, concealer brands, and lip liners.
It is obvious the two had a blast shopping for makeup as Gypsy continues to adjust to "normal" life.
Gypsy Rose Blanchard And Alexis Oakley: 'Girlhood'
In another video shared by Alexis, the words "Take my hand, close your eyes, now feel" play over a compilation of Alexis and Gypsy in Sephora, laughing and spending quality girl time together.
Alexis wrote "girlhood" to describe the video.
"This just gives me the biggest smile," one social media user wrote. "Gypsy looks so happy."
"People don't realize she was robbed of just simple childhood girl experiences as well as torture. Leave her alone and love her," another said.
A third commented something similar: "People genuinely forget she was robbed of girlhood, childhood, and just being a child in general let her enjoy this for the first time."
"Girl I'm sure you helped with her confidence and doing her own makeup," another fan said. "I love this."
Gypsy Rose Blanchard's Troubling Past
As The Blast reported, Gypsy Rose Blanchard has gained significant media attention due to her involvement in the murder of her mother, Dee Dee Blanchard.
Dee Dee had convinced many people, including medical professionals, that Gypsy suffered from a variety of severe illnesses and disabilities, including leukemia, muscular dystrophy, and mental impairments, leading her to use a wheelchair and requiring constant care.
However, it was later revealed that Gypsy was not actually sick, and Dee Dee had been fabricating her daughter's medical conditions and subjecting her to unnecessary medical treatments for years. Gypsy eventually found out that she was not sick and conspired to murder her mother with the help of her boyfriend, Nicholas Godejohn.
