Activities that the monarch partakes in to fulfill his daily fitness routine have been unveiled, and they include some not-so-easy exercises.

According to the DailyMail, Channel 5's "Inside Windsor Castle" lifted the lid on the royal's fitness plans, revealing that it includes doing headstands in his boxers to help heal a back pain ailment from years of playing polo.

The presenter, Xand Van Tulleken, further noted that Charles indulges in "press-ups, sit-ups, the whole lot." However, his late mother, Queen Elizabeth II, reportedly had a different morning routine.

Tulleken added, "The late queen preferred a gentler start to her day. A cuppa and a bickie or two were apparently enough for her."

In his book, the Duke of Sussex shared that his father did the exercises daily and that there was always a possibility of accidentally walking in on the King "in just a pair of boxers, propped against a door or hanging from a bar like a skilled acrobat."

"If you set one little finger on the knob, you'd hear him begging from the other side, 'No! No! Don't open! Please God, don't open!'" he wrote.

It is not clear if Charles still keeps on with his workout routine, as Harry discussed.
