On Tuesday, Tyrese shared a snippet of his court documents against his first wife, but the zoomed-in image didn't reveal what the case was about. Instead, the actor explained the situation in the post's caption, writing:

"I'm finally addressing because I have to… I've read your comments, so here's my response… The days of me suffering in silence and living in fear are over…. 167 pages filed in the Los Angeles courthouse 111 Hill Street…"

Tyrese stressed that his documents held "no lies and no goofy s-it… Everything in these court docs has real receipts attached." He claimed that evidence was more significant when men suffered injustice, unlike cases with women.

Tyrese Claims His Gender Suffers Injustices

Apart from bashing his ex-wife, the TV personality doubled down on the struggles men face in the law. He claimed that since he was born a man, none of the details he highlighted in the court documents would ever matter.

"Not to worry… Don't hold your breath; there will be no crying videos uploaded," Gibson continued, stressing that he had nothing to lose but his "peace and sanity."

As for the drama with his first wife, he concluded the post with the declaration: "Never ever forget… The lie will always appear to matter more than the TRUTH…"

Gibson's words received mixed responses from fans, with some men resonating with the struggles of their gender while others couldn't sympathize with the actor's "poor choices."

Shortly after Gibson's post, hundreds of fans shared their reactions, with two comments getting the actor's approval. One of the pinned messages referred to the infamous case between Johnny Depp and Amber Heard, reading:

"Johnny Depp perfect example. Men can be victimized just as easily as a woman."

The second comment came from a sympathetic fan, who penned: "I'm sorry to hear and you are correct. Most of the time, men suffer in silence, and I feel that is an injustice."

The individual claimed they were going through a similar situation and assured Gibson that he was on the right path. However, not everyone was sympathetic, with one IG user implying the actor was suffering from the "consequences of poor choices."

Another critic bashed his post, writing: "Don't you know this is called HIPPA!!! Privacy, I'm trying to understand here why you gotta address this on IG. You don't owe us anything; it's like you want us to watch what's going on, I still love you, though."

Tyrese's Second Ex-wife Sued Him For Child Support

Three months before addressing his issues with Norma, The Blast reported the rapper-turned-actor was sued by his second ex-wife, Samantha Lee. She accused him of failing to pay child support for their daughter Soraya.

In the court document, Lee alleged that Gibson was mandated to cough up $10,690 for their child. However, for the months of December 2023 and January 2024, "[the actor] unilaterally decided to pay only $3,500.00 in child support."

This lawsuit marked Lee's third motion for contempt against Gibson, with the first being on March 2 2023. At the time, the court held the actor in "willful contempt" over his failure to pay child support yet he repeated the sams crime in July 2023.
