Lily-Rose Depp caused controversy on her Instagram as she went braless in a sheer look last fall. In November 2023, the actress, model, and daughter to Pirates of the Caribbean star Johnny Depp showed off her figure in an edgy, barely-there look complete with white knee socks, but her kitchen-set fashion display led to drama in the comments. Embracing her femininity and rocking an ensemble that model Kendall Jenner would likely approve of, Lily-Rose set pulses raising as she flashed her chest, also gaining over 1.2 million fan likes.

Showing off the model features she's inherited from mother Vanessa Paradis, The Idol star stunned as she folded one leg while in kitten heels and white socks, completing her outfit with pops of pale blue from a hair tie.

Further images showed Lily-Rose posing in the same setting, although she eventually moved to pose near a stainless steel refrigerator, with OTHER photos showing off her curves as she ditched the bra. "@070shake," a caption read.

The comments section has exploded.

Slamming the post as they gained likes, one fan replied: "Nudity is not inherently sexual." Over 2,000 fans liked a reply reading: "Wow your parents must be so proud." Of the series she stars in and the skimpy outfits it brings, another fan told the actress: "The idol is over. Put some clothes on." That said, some fans noted that the shaming comments were rising, and they weren't feeling it.

Now topping the replies is a fan attempting to shut the drama down. "Love how fast people will judge a woman for not hiding nipples, but men can show them anytime and it is fine. At least many of ours have an actual purpose. Why should we be the ones to hide them?" they wrote.

Much like mom Vanessa, Lily-Rose is signed to luxury French designer Chanel. Rocking the brand's signature bouclé tweed as she went skimpy in a black-and-white crop top and tiny briefs in this photo, Depp stunned for a glam poolside snap. Brandishing her shades and posing with a logo Chanel bag, the star shouted out "CHANEL 22" in her caption, also thanking her crew. Fans left over 600,000 likes.
