Tracy Morgan has moved on while his Bugatti is in the shop and was seen rolling through the streets while blasting one of Jay-Z's classic hits.

"The Last O.G." star was seen out in NYC on Thursday -- but this time he was not behind the wheel and was instead being chauffeured around in a fancy Rolls Royce with the windows rolled down so fans could come up for photo-ops.

Morgan, who is no stranger to bringing in a crowd, was singing along to Jay-Z's "Izzo (H.O.V.A.)," while being bombarded by fans who wanted pictures with the star.

At one point in the video, there are so many people screaming and rushing up to the car that the driver has a hard time maneuvering the vehicle.

The move by Morgan was pretty cool, and definitely made up for his rage after last week's accident.

As you recall Morgan went off the handle after getting sideswiped in his Bugatti, and was seen banging on the other driver's car while screaming at her to get out of the vehicle.

Morgan's white convertible Bugatti Veyron -- which cost the actor $2 Million -- could be seen crunched against a Honda SUV minutes after he drove it off the lot.

Based on the photos, it appears the Honda either attempted to turn into Morgan's lane or vice versa.

Either way, the actor was reasonably upset about it and was pictured on the phone moments after the crash.

Ambulances raced to the scene and treated Morgan, but he refused to be transported to the hospital.

Morgan was involved in a near-fatal crash 5 years ago with a Walmart semi-truck on the NJ Turnpike. His friend, and fellow comedian, died in the crash and the actor was reportedly awarded $90 million.

As we reported, he's looking at a minimum $200,000 loss after the Bugatti wreck.
