One photo has been turning heads, and while it was a throwback, nobody seemed to care. In April 2022, the feed posted a shot of Kaley when she was likely in her early to mid-twenties, and it was undies game strong as the sitcom star sizzled in satin. Rocking a slinky, silver-colored bra and briefs, plus an open robe, Kaley flashed her famous figure as she sent out sultry vibes, gaining plenty of compliments and even getting told she's "the most gorgeous woman in California."

Going balconette-style in an underwire top with a very low neckline, the actress kept it just as skimpy with her matching bottoms, placing her hands on her hips as she completed the look via a white robe.

Mixing up comfy loungewear with a sexy finish, Kaley went all bedroom eyes with her devilish gaze, delivering direct eye contact and wearing her bombshell blonde locks down. The Big Bang Theory star also sported a heavy, glowing face of makeup, layering sparkly highlighter and blush over a dewy base as she showed off her gorgeous features and hazel eyes.

Kaley was toned before the March 2023 arrival of daughter Matilda, and she's kept in shape since giving birth. "I remind myself that it's just an hour of my day, and like eating, it's important for my body and my heart," she toldToday. "And you never leave a workout and go, 'I wish I didn't do that.'" Of her treadmill use, Kaley continued: "Putting that incline up is so good for your muscles, and for your circulation. I'll also walk backward, which is amazing for your butt and legs. It pretty much works everything."

In December 2023, Kaley delighted her IG fans with this family snap as she posed with baby Matilda and boyfriend Tom Pelphrey, father to her only child.
