Kelly Ripa had fans gasping as she showed off her sensational swimwear body on Instagram earlier this year. In a January share showing off her 2024 body, the talk show host dropped jaws with her impossibly toned physique as she posed poolside, also making it a couples moment as she cozied up to husband Mark Consuelos. Delivering her usual witty caption as she talked "Captains Underpants," Kelly found herself flooded by comments on her body, including some seeing fans calling her "inspiration" to drop a few pounds. The post is now topped by a joking comment from close friend Lisa Rinna, who kidded that Kelly and Mark had "let themselves go."

Gaining over 4,000 likes as she joked about how toned Kelly and Mark are, former Bravo star Lisa Rinna wrote: "I’m sorry to see that you’ve both just let yourselves go. Let’s do better in 2024." Others also remarked on how in shape the Live! hosts are, with one fan replying: "Seriously?? This is my inspiration for losing the 15 lbs I gained over the holidays…" as others agreed.

'Peter Pan' Body

Kelly has opened up about her workout regimen, one that's varied and fits around her daytime TV schedule. In 2019, the star revealed: “I was talking to a cardiologist and he said to make sure your heart beats out of your chest every day. The more you exercise, the healthier it is. And I can be honest: My body looks like Peter Pan no matter what I do,” adding: “I’ve never been a va-va-voom woman. I like to take AKT — which is cardio-based dance classes — about four to five days a week between 3 and 5 p.m. And I like to do SoulCycle on the weekends.

Trainer Reveals Body Fat Percentage

Earlier this year, Kelly's trainer, Anna Kaiser, revealed that her famous client has about 14% body fat, this after a fan assumed that Kelly might be as low as 8%. Kelly is known for clean eating, but she has made holiday headlines for having a McRib delivered to her NYC townhouse during a snowstorm.
