Meghan Markle and her husband, Prince Harry, have reportedly made major changes to their PR Team. The couple recently hired new people and changed the positions of some previous staff.

The act is among the recent media moves the duo have made in recent weeks, including launching a new website for current information about themselves and their activities.

According to reports, Harry and Meghan have made significant adjustments to their PR team. One of the staff members, Miranda Barbot, has been given a new role as vice president of programs and media operations after previously serving as director of global communications.

Barbot was replaced by two new individuals, Charlie Gipson and Kyle Boulia, who would serve as communications executives. Both report to Ashley Hansen, who remains the couple's head of communications.

The recent hires appear to have been assigned comparable positions but with a focus on distinct target audiences. Gipson, located in the U.K., will act as the main contact for European media outlets in the capacity of Director of Communications. He has two decades of experience in brand management and public relations, where he spearheaded campaigns for top clients like Samsung.

Meanwhile, Boulia, stationed in Los Angeles, will handle communication efforts within the United States in his new roles as Deputy Press Secretary and Director of Communications for U.S. media. His background includes experience at the United Talent Agency, known as one of the biggest talents, sports, entertainment, and advisory services company.

The Couple Have Made Many Media Moves In Recent Weeks

Harry and Meghan switching up their PR team is one of the major media moves they have made in recent months.

Back in February, they debuted a new website, Sussex.com, for current information about them and their activities. This move was done without any announcement, as it seems that the duo did not want any fuss about it.

The website replaced the couple's prior Sussexroyal.com, although internet users can access Sussex.com from a hyperlink on its landing page.

Still, in February, Meghan signed a new podcast deal with Lemonada Media, the new platform on which she would re-release season one of her series "Archetypes" and launch a new yet-to-be-named show she would host.

"I'm proud to now be able to share that I am joining the brilliant team at Lemonada to continue my love of podcasting," the duchess said at the time in a statement, per People.

It continued, "Being able to support a female-founded company with a roster of thought-provoking and highly entertaining podcasts is a fantastic way to kick off 2024."

However, according to the Daily Mail: "The relaunch of Meghan's Archetypes podcast got pushed back to 2025."

A source told the news outlet that the project was pushed back out of fears that the duchess' upcoming Netflix cookery series would overshadow it.

Meghan Markle Is Signed With Talent Agency WME

Meghan is represented by talent agency William Morris Endeavor [WME], with whom she signed up last year.

The news of the business deal wasn't low-key, as the company took to its social media platform to announce that it was representing the mother-of-two.

"We are honored to announce that WME now represents Meghan, The Duchess of Sussex, in all areas," they wrote on Instagram. "The agency will be focusing on building out her business ventures across multiple facets of the agency and its broader ecosystem, including film and television production, brand partnerships, and more."

As part of the company's duties, they would represent the couple's content creation label under their non-profit Archewell Foundation.

Prince Harry Is Set To Executive Produce A Netflix Show About Polo

While Meghan has many ventures underway, Harry has also been making moves of his own. According to Deadline, he is set to executive produce an upcoming show about Polo, which will debut on Netflix.

A statement about the docu-series read, "The series will explore the world of the sport, which is known primarily for its aesthetic and social scene. It will pull the curtain back on the grit and passion of the sport, capturing players and all it takes to compete at the highest level. Prince Harry has been known as a keen polo player and is often photographed playing internationally."

Harry and Meghan's company, Archewell Productions, will also collaborate with  Boardwalk Pictures to produce the project. The latter was previously in charge of Netflix's "Chef's Table," "Pepsi, Where's My Jet?" and "Sex, Love, & Goop."

In the meantime, it is understood that it is still in its early stages of production. Additionally, Harry and Meghan may make cameos in the series, but they aren't planning to star in it.
