Audrina Patridge's Ex Fails in Bid to Get Emergency Order Against Her

Audrina Patridge's estranged husband tried to get the court to issue an emergency order against her to keep Patridge from putting him in a position where he might violate her restraining order against him ... but a judge denied it. (That's a mouthful, right?)
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Corey Bohan believes Patridge is "trying to goad [him] into a confrontation or violation of the restraining order to gain media coverage."
Bohan claims on October 6, Patridge left a court hearing in their case early and tried to gain access to the family home while Bohan was still in court. As The Blast first reported, Patridge claims when she got to the house, she discovered Bohan had changed the locks and her wedding rings had gone missing.
Bohan claims Patridge's assertion that she was just there to get things for their daughter was "disingenuous" and claims the entire situation is "nothing but a game to her and a means of gaining media attention."
Bohan filed docs with the court asking that Patridge be ordered to abide by her own restraining order (to remain 100 yards away from him) and asked the court to issue an order to keep Patridge and her family from harassing him so he can move out of the family home in peace.
But the judge wasn't having it and denied Bohan's request.
Both sides are due back in court again on December 11.
