Let's Make A Grandma Pizza With Jersey's Own Julia Molinari!

Julia Molinari wants to know if you've ever heard of a Grandma pizza.

Whether you have or not, she wants to show you just what it is and how to make the perfect pizza in a recent viral TikTok video. And FYI...it looks DELISH!

Molinari knows how to make an impressive pizza.

She has shared many pizza-making demos on TikTok with her 2 million followers, each a different kind of pizza with a variety of toppings. She recently shared what she called her "favorite pizza," the Grandma!

"Very similar to the Sicilian," she said before putting some olive oil on the pan and preparing the pizza dough.

"I'm not gonna lie, I've never made this before," she explained after tossing the pizza dough in the air. After putting the dough into the square pan, she said, "We're gonna do cheese first."

She sprinkled a generous amount of mozzarella cheese all over the pizza before adding dollops of tomato sauce and garlic. She then personalized it a bit with one of her favorite ingredients to cook with - parsley.

After pulling her creation out of the pizza oven, she sliced it up and sampled a piece. She then reminded everyone, "Never been done before."

After a few bites, she declared, "This is the best pizza I ever made."  She also said, "Best pizza I ever had."

Her video went viral with 6 million views and thousands of comments. And while many comments are about Molinari's beauty, some people are really paying attention to the cooking lesson.

"I feel like I learn about a new pizza and a new Italian word every video I watch by Jumo," one person wrote. Another said, "I want pizza all of a sudden."

If the Grandma pizza isn't really your thing, what about a Margherita pizza? Molinari recently shared a video "taking it back to the basics" by making a Margherita pizza.

After prepping her pizza dough, she added her ingredients - homemade tomato sauce,  fresh mozzarella, olive oil drizzle, and basil.

"Wow! Margherita!" she said as she pulled the pizza out of the oven. After slicing it up and giving it a taste, she said, "Mmmm, really good."

She concluded her video by declaring, "No one makes a better Margherita than me."

Her video went viral with more than 1.1 million views and tons of positive comments.

"Get this girl her own show already!!" one viewer shared in the comments. Another said, "Respect to whoever made that dough. I know good dough when I see it."

While most of Molinari's social media content revolves around making authentic and traditional Italian dishes such as a variety of pizzas, chicken dishes, ravioli, lasagna, tiramisu, and many other tasty foods, she also shares photos on Instagram.

In one recent carousel of photos, the beach-loving Jersey girl shares some memories from a recent trip to Hawaii.

Simply captioned, "Aloha," she captured the attention of more than 74,000 people.

One follower took to the comments to say, "Are you in Hawaii? Does that mean we can expect a Hawaii pizza video soon?" And while she was in Hawaii and did share a pizza video while visiting, it wasn't exactly a Hawaiian-style pizza, but rather a New York-style pizza.

Molinari brought a little bit of New Jersey with her to Hawaii. She combined her love of making pizza and the beach by making a pizza with a Hawaii pizza chef originally from South Bronx, New York.

The two new friends made a pepperoni pizza together and Molinari shared the experience in a video on both Instagram and TikTok, tagging the pizza business - Manna Pizza Hawaii.

Many were impressed with her pizza-making while on vacation.

"That’s a great pizza, well done," one viewer noted in the comment section. Another added, "Her pizzas are fire y’all."
