Kendall Jenner Told Sheer Braless Minidress 'Not Appropriate'

Kendall Jenner turned heads in May 2023 and she and then-boyfriend Bad Bunny hit up the Met Gala After-Party. Braving a sheer look as she rocked a glittery, metallic sheer minidress with a black thong worn over it, the supermodel showed off her world-famous figure in her jazzy look, but not everyone was digging the outfit.

While some loved the see-through finish as Kendall flaunted her long legs and curves, others thought it was a bit much. In fact, Kendall was even told that her fashion choice was "not appropriate" for the Met Gala.

Flaunting her mile-long legs and slender waist, the 28-year-old went strapless and braless as she showed some chest, also wearing a black crop top ending above the bust, one that coordinated with the unusual "underwear outside" finish.

With pearl straps holding the micro outfit together, Kendall was braving everyone talking about her somewhat exposing moment, however the Hulu star is known for championing her femininity, often freeing the nipple as she also rocks sheer looks. She completed her outfit with a matching clutch purse, plus a sky-high pair of black-heeled sandals. Keeping glam with diamond stud earrings and a full face of makeup, Kendall wore her dark tresses tied back, making sure to highlight her features.

Gaining likes on The Daily Mail's coverage of the look was a fan saying: "Jeez, Money cannot buy class, no matter how much of it you have, & this is the perfect example."

"In one of the photos she’s covering up her face..darling you should be covering something else!!" another replied. Backlash also manifested on an Instagram fan account, where one user said: "Kendall, You're super hot in every definition of the word hot. But, the outfit definitely not appropriate for a gala event or to walk around NYC, for the beach or pool yes."

Kendall has since made headlines for an actual beach look, one showing even more skin.

January saw Kendall enjoying some sunshine in The Bahamas as she jetted out with friends and brought along model pal Hailey Bieber. Her IG fans got these photos, ones showing her stripped down to a tiny red and white bikini as she struck poses during a beach sunset. The vibe was confident, and that's something Jenner has opened up about. "For me, confidence is all about feeling good and believing in yourself," she's stated.
