Diddy & Faith Evans Pay Tribute to Notorious B.I.G. on 21st Anniversary of Death

On March 9, 1997 Cristopher Wallace was gunned down in a drive-by shooting, and one of the greatest lyrical geniuses of our generation was gone. 21 years later his widow and best friend are honoring the legend Biggie Smalls.

Faith Evans posted a message Friday morning honoring her late husband: "The Illest! We’ll always love #BigPoppa #BIGFOREVER ❤??"

Diddy was also reminiscing about happier times with his Bad Boy brother, and posted a photo shortly before the actual anniversary of the two of them driving.

Since his death, Diddy and Faith have continued to keep the memory of Biggie Smalls alive through memorial albums and tribute shows. Funds from his sales over the years have gone to his two children.
