Jenna Jameson's Estranged Wife Wants Marriage Annulled Due To 'Broken Promise'

The drama surrounding Jenna Jameson's separation from her wife, Jessi Lawless, continues with new allegations against the former adult film star.

According to Jessi's recent court documents, she isn't fighting for a simple dissolution of her bonds to Jenna but the annulment of their marriage. In simple terms, she wants a judge to declare their union null and void.

Jessi's decision to annul her marriage is based on claims that it was never legally valid. She explained in her filing that she was duped by Jenna, noting that she said her vows under false pretenses.

According to the displeased spouse, Jenna assured her before they walked down the aisle that she was financially independent and debt-free and that she would contribute financially to their home.

Additionally, the former pornographic film actress vowed she would stay sober during their union. Despite her sweet promises, Jessi alleged that Jenna had lied about two things — being debt-free and her sobriety.

The media personality allegedly had a $500,000 tax debt and failed to stay sober. Because of these broken promises, Jessi believes their marriage was fraudulent and wants a judge to wipe it from the books, per TMZ.

In her court documents, Jessi implied that she wishes for the smooth annulment of her marriage to Jenna. She made no special requests, ignoring her right to spousal support, and stressed that the pair had no children, so child custody wouldn't be a problem.

As for the duo's marital assets, which typically leads to drama in most separations, Jessi noted the pair had divided their community property. Given her disinterest in dragging out the separation, the former couple may soon be legally single.

However, it remains to be seen if Jenna will fight back or accept the annulment of their marriage without any request like spousal support. The revelation of Jessi's court documents comes a day after she announced her divorce plans.

As reported by The Blast, Jessi broke the news of her separation from Jenna in an emotional TikTok video, opening up about why their marriage didn't survive up to a year.

The heartbroken spouse looked somber in the clip, with a black beanie over her blonde hair and a matching black sweater. Although she looked ready to burst into tears, she bravely confirmed the breakup, saying:

"This is a very difficult video for me to make. But here it goes. There are a lot of rumors going around that Jenna and I are getting a divorce, and I am making this video to confirm that."

Jessi explained the pair's marriage had ended over Jenna's drinking problems, noting she had been against it from the start of their relationship. "That drinking had led to so many problems in her life that I would not tolerate it at all under any circumstances," she stressed.

Jessi claimed things went downhill when Jenna attended an event in Chicago. She explained that this was the first time since their marriage that her spouse would go to a ceremony without her.

"I've been keeping her on the straight and narrow, and she goes to Chicago, and she starts drinking," Jessi lamented, noting that Jenna showed zero remorse for drinking behind her back.

Jessi claimed Jenna refused to come clean about drinking at the event until she pretended to have proof. However, accepting that she drank didn't mean the former adult film star would feel guilty about it.

"She has no remorse. She told me point blank, 'I'm not sorry. I don't feel sorry,'" Jessi recalled, "I'm crying, I'm literally…tears running down my face, begging for some sort of remorse from her, and she had none."

Apart from having no remorse about drinking, Jenna allegedly tried to blame Jessi. Recalling their conversation, the former adult film star's wife said:

"She just wanted to turn it around and blame me. I don't know how it's my fault, but maybe I shouldn't have had such high expectations."

Jessi stressed that this moment was the final straw, and she filed for annulment. Despite what went down between them, she concluded her post with a sweet message to Jenna, saying:

"I'm sure you'll see this, Jenna. I love you with all of my heart, and I really hope that…I really hope the best for you."
